TESTING & RE-FIGURING SERVICES

We can test your optics whether they are coated or not. We will provide you an accurate evaluation of your optic(s), and make suggested recommendations based on our findings. If we cannot improve the quality of your optic(s) we will tell you.

We use double pass auto collimation - null testing and we will correct your optics until they pass this test. A report with real documentation - interferometry - is available for purchase (extra fee).
Please inquire first and We will let you know when to send your optic to us so that we can get right to it without it setting in our shop for very long.

With the costs of raw materials sky-rocketing, refiguring your existing primary mirror maybe the best cost effective thing you can do to get back out under the stars with a high quality instrument.
